Our first meeting of the 2018-19 season takes place at our new venue, the Roebuck in Hampton Hill, on Thursday 26 September. Come along any time from 19:30 onwards.

This friendly pub is an ideal venue for social chess. Come along and enjoy a few games and a few glasses of your favourite tipple.

We’ll be playing social chess, blitz chess and chess variants.

If you’d like to join us and play competitive chess we’ll put you in touch with the appropriate match captain. We’re particularly looking for 170+ players to strengthen our London League A Team this season, but, whatever your grade we have a suitable team for you.

If you haven’t played for a long time, we’d love to see you back.

If you’d like some lessons to brush up your chess we can provide this for free. Perhaps you played at school and would like to start playing again.

If you’re a complete beginner we can teach you.

Finally, if you’d like your children to learn chess, speak to us and we’ll tell you how.
