Last week I left you with this mate in 2 composed by Frank Healey.
This is a Waiter: White has a mate set for every black move so just has to maintain the status quo to fulfil the stipulation.
The clue is that one black move: Rh8, gives White a choice of mates: Qxh8 and Nf3. So the solution is Qh2, meeting Rh8+ with Qxh8# and Rxh2 with Nf3#.
I’ll leave it to you to work out the other mates, and why other White first moves don’t work.
