Thanks to Alastair for sending me a recent game which inspired this week’s puzzle.

If you’ve read Chess Heroes: Puzzles Book 1 (and, if you haven’t, you certainly should) will be aware that it features a chapter called Trick or Treat.

You’re presented with a position and a possible move, and have to decide whether it’s a TRICK (a bad move) or a TREAT (a good move).
