Our internal Ladder competition is a chance to play competitive Classical (Standard) games outside of the Summer Tournament and Thames Valley/Surrey Leagues. The format is very relaxed: you can play as often or as little as you like. You can challenge anyone on the Ladder to a game in which you score between 2 and 20 points depending upon the result. The standings are a rolling total of the points scored in the past 12 months with your last two results against each person within this time frame counting. At the end of August each year, the top 8 qualify for the Knockout Finals to determine an overall Ladder Champion.
